When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and the details you give us about your home.

When you build a listing, we save your answers so you can come back and finish later.

If you choose to record your voice (a feature we are still building), we save that recording and the written version of it.

Recording your voice is always your choice. You can type everything instead.

If you record, a secure AI service turns your spoken words into written English. If you speak Punjabi, it translates them to English.

To do this, your recording may be processed by service providers outside Canada. We only send what is needed to make the text and translation.

While we are testing, our team may listen to a few recordings to check the translation is right.

We aim to keep voice recordings no longer than 90 days, then delete them.

Want a recording removed sooner? Ask your agent and we will delete it.

Deleting a recording does not delete your listing — your typed details stay.

You can see your own information any time in your dashboard.

Your licensed Ownext agent can see your listing and recordings to help you sell.

We do not sell your information.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information. Ask your agent or email us.

You can choose not to use voice at all and still list your home.
