South Surrey is Metro Vancouver's coastal premium market. Bordering White Rock Beach and Crescent Beach, the area commands some of the highest prices in Surrey while offering a lifestyle closer to a resort town than a suburb. The Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners retail centres give residents access to high-end dining and shopping without driving to Vancouver.
